Their air cushion midsole is made of a special compound with millions of tiny air bubbles to improve shock absorption and energy return, and to reduce weight. Care and Maintenance

To keep your Redback boots performing the following is recommended:

  • Store your boots in well ventilated environments
  • Do not force dry. Only dry at normal room temperature
  • Regular cleaning is recommended with a damp cloth. Then when dry, apply beeswax-based wax or polish depending on leather (the use of waxes or polishes may darken the leather). Nubuck or suede should be cleaned with a suede or Nubuck brush. Extra protection can be achieved by using a sueded or nubuck protectant or waterproofing spray.
Life and Warranty

Your Redback Boots are guaranteed for 1 year against manufacturing faults. The life of the boot is dependent on the type of use that they are exposed to. When the outsole is worn through or toecap is exposed the boots should be replaced. If you believe that your boots did not meet this guarantee, we ask that you please return them to the place of purchase with proof of purchase to proceed with a warranty claim.

Shipping & Returns

We offer Free Shipping on orders over $99! To receive free shipping please ensure your order total is $99 and above after all applicable discounts and discount codes are applied.

We use Australia Post and Couriers Please Freight Services. If we receive your order before 2pm Monday - Friday AEST, and your item is in stock, your order will be shipped from our warehouse on the same day.
